Gigi is a graduate of the Thomas Leonard Graduate School of Coaching has worked as business and personal coach for 5 years. Her clients include individuals, small businesses, and management teams within large companies.
Gigi worked in management consulting for 7 years, specializing in process redesign, change management and organizational alignment around large-scaled technology implementations.
Prior to consulting, Gigi worked in the healthcare industry. She created the clinical practice of Cardiology at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX. Her healthcare experience includes clinic management, electronic medical records, and systems implementation within hospitals and ambulatory clinic.
Linda, co-founding partner of Glass Onion has more than 18 years experience in process performance management in both industry and consulting. Prior to Glass Onion, she was a principal leader for CommerceQuest in the integration of BPM methodologies with their established product suite. As a founding member of KMG Solutions she helped develop a leading edge business process management tools set, enriched with assessment and implementation methodologies.
Linda's experience includes leadership positions in product development, manufacturing planning, forecasting, distribution and logistics for several leading hi-technology companies. She has consulted to companies in a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, retail, finance, Federal government and NGO's all seeking improvement in process, operational and organizational efficiencies. She has developed and led initiatives focused on development and implementation of process-centric operations delivering quantifiable, sustainable improvements in operational effectiveness. Linda is also a frequent speaker at national conferences on the power and value of process-centric operations.
